Aldous Spirits is a Montreal-based company specializing in spirits creation. With ties in Mexico, Aldous boasts a great knowledge of all agave-based products. Created in 2019 by old friends in their quest for a festive mezcal that would represent them well, Aldous also offers an ever-evolving range of products. By working with local vendors, whether in Quebec or in Mexico, we hope to build a strong web of partners in order to become the Canadian agave product reference.
